Jasen Anthony was born and raised in Connecticut. He currently resides at the Cotttage On The Rocks with his faithful canine companions.  His passion for microphones and recording his voice started at a very young age with a Radio Shack tape recorder and microphone.   The two pieces of equipment set up in his Mother’s apartment on Stone Street was the beginning of his life’s work.  How fitting that many years later, from his imaginary studio on Stone Street, that he would establish “On The Rocks” Recording Company to record and produce Voiceover tracks for a variety of Clients . 

Jasen’s extensive training started with his now friend and mentor Don Morrow, the voice of “Titanic” and many other well known titles.  He continued training in private sessions with award winning Actress/Voiceover Artist & Author of “Secrets of Voiceover Success,” Joan Baker.  He has also worked with Johnna Gottleib of JO GO Consulting in New York City and Sam Chwat & Jessica Kiljowski of NY Speech Improvement, “the speech therapists to the Stars.”  

His broadcast quality studio is monitored by Chrisopher Brown a legend in Production and Studio design.  The studio utilizes some of the best equipment in the industry.  Vocal tracks are recorded in a sound isolation booth treated with Auralex using Sennheiser’s MKH416 short shotgun microphone or Neuman’s TLM 49, powered by Avalon’s vt737 or Universal Audio’s LA6176 high quality microphone pre-amps and tracked by the industry standard, Pro-Tools.

Jasen has worked with such Clients as George Strait’s Cowboy Cut Collection, Wrangler Jeans, BMW,  Jake Erinrichke’s Broadway play “A Jew Grows In Brooklyn”, University of North Carolina, Francis Marion University, Famous Fashion Photographer Claudio Basso, Tom Ashley Of ‘This Day In Productions’,  and many others worldwide.

Jasen believes in paying it forward.  One of his strongest values is his compassion for helping others. He donates a portion of his voiceover earnings to The ASPCA, St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, Ability Beyond Disability, Joel Osteen Ministries, PETA, The United Way, The Make A Wish Foundation, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and St. Malachy’s - The Actors Chapel.  Every time you hire Jasen to work, contributions are being made to help support health, spirituality and happiness.
